Eagle Plant provides quality plant and equipment hire to the construction industry. They provide services throughout England and Wales from over 25 branches and their Head Offices in Chard.

Eagle Plant has a small internal IT department to support their business needs but needed assistance to outsource this support when there are staff shortages due to holiday or sickness or if they required extra capacity or specialist assistance with projects.

Solution

Indigo were able to provide an in-house support service to Eagle Plant’s internal IT department, providing ad hoc cover as and when it is required for holiday periods or as an overflow when extra capacity is needed.

Indigo were also able to offer ad hoc consultative support to the internal IT department, providing support when Eagle Plant look to further develop their IT capabilities. Indigo can advise on any new technologies to help better achieve business goals and provide Eagle Plant with a more competitive edge.
